Particles are pushed away from the center by the horizontally exiting process air.

One single nozzle in the center of the air distribution plate. The spray liquid is nebulized 360° horizontally. The droplets are following the particle flow.

Traditional top spray applications are possible in combination with the special Ventilus features. The controlled product movement created by the air distribution plate Orbiter® 

The single filters are cleaned with process air that is taken from the inlet air handling system. Compressed air consumption is reduced tremendously, and the cleaning efficiency is increased by flushing the pores of the filter from inside out.
