MaxxD vacuum processing unit for ketchup and dressings
The MaxxD vacuum processing unit is used in the food sector for the production of ketchup, mayonnaise, sauces, dressings and other food emulsions, suspensions or dispersions. The heart of the machine is a homogenizer, located below the vessel and designed according to the rotor-stator principle. The mixer, homogenizer and feeder incorporated in this multichamber system provide rapid recirculation and effective processing of the ingredients.
MK corundum stone mill with infinitely variable milling gap
The MK corundum stone mill is primarily used for the manufacture of different pastes based on mustard, sesame, cocoa or meat. The fineness of the end product is determined by the infinitely variable mill gap, which can be adjusted automatically during production. This results in particle sizes between 40 and 150 micrometres (µm). The conical milling space and the inclined pipelines guarantee optimal discharge of residues.
MZ toothed colloid mills for baby foods and juices
The FrymaKoruma toothed colloid mills of the MZ series are suited for the production of fruit and vegetable juices, baby foods and soy milk. The size of the components is reduced by outstanding cutting, shear and impact forces. The various grinding heads and the individual adjustment of the milling gap allow an optimal setting for every product. Users can choose between coarse, standard and cross-toothed tools depending on the formulation, so that the product is always milled to the correct size. The colloid grinding heads produce particle sizes between 100 and 500 micrometres.
VE vacuum deaerators assure optimal product quality
FrymaKoruma VE vacuum deaerators prevent the undesirable oxidation effects that can occur due to pockets of air in the production of liquid or pasty products such as mustard, jams, cheese spread or salad dressing. Their centrifugal disc technology causes the product to be distributed in a thin layer and gently projected through the crown sieve against the wall of the vacuum vessel. The air or gases which are released are extracted by means of a vacuum pump. The exchangeable filter geometries can be optimally tailored to each product.
Process Expo will be staged in Chicago, USA, at the McCormick Place Convention Center, where the Romaco FrymaKoruma products will be on show from November 1 to 4 in South Hall, Stand 1314.
