Automatic case packing
The PAK 320 is a automatic case packer with a host of features to operator ergonomics and safety. It offers a vibration free and virtually silent operation. The ergonomic case magazine is executed as a low level loading to minimize manual lifting.The high performance of the PAK 320 is enhanced by a number of modules designed for packing cartons and /or bundles into American cases. The high capacity case magazine is fitted with automatic lifting of the case to working height. Case erection is realized by means of a double arm fitted with suction cups and a Venturi vacuum unit. The flaps at the base are closed before the cartons are inserted into the case.
The subdivision of the machine's phases and work areas, stacking from the bottom to top, transfer and subsequent insertion of the cartons into the case permits checking of critical operations, thereby cutting machine downtime to the minimum.
