Intermittent motion cartoning

The intermittend motion cartoner P 91 is designed to achieve a high level of operator comfort and safety.

Its state-of-the-start automatic cartoning is achieved by total machine management via the operator panel. All movements are harmonized and efficiently handled by servo motors and electronic cams, optimized for each type of product handled.
The transfer is realized by toothed belts and pulleys thus eliminating the use of chains and mechanical gears. That gives optimum operating economy and drastic reduction of maintenance, noise, wear and tear and cleaning time.
There are individual safety clutches on all main movements to avoid mechanical overloads and any possible damage to product or machine. A Venturi vacuum generator eliminates additional noise at carton pick-up, opening and leaflet feeding.
