Macofar Sterilizing Tunnels
The Macofar sterilizing tunnels are designed to sterilize and depyrogenize
based on the laminar flow principle by using hot sterile air. The maximum temperature is 340° C.
The containers are transported through the sterilizing tunnel by a conveyor belt made of stainless steel wire mesh.
The tunnel of each machine of this type is divided into 3 areas, the infeed area, the sterilizing area and the cooling area.
The sterilizing tunnels are available as stand alone machines as well as part of Macofar Sterile Lines.
