Macofar Power Microdosing Machines

Macofar offers a range of intermittent motion machines, with mechanical speeds of 9,000 to 18,000 vials per hour, featuring volumetric vacuum/pressure dosage for filling sterile antibiotic powders into round glass vials closed by rubber stopper.

Key features include:

• Positive vial transport assuring stability and correct identification
• Balcony design for clear visibility, easy access and maintenance
• Through-wall installation, minimizing footprint in the clean-room area
• Optional statistical high speed weighing system checks around 4% of vials during production, controlling the empty vial (tare) and filled vials (gross) from each dosing port
• Minimum powder residue at batch end
• Simple, fast and repeatable batch changeover
• Automatic adjustment and process parameter memorized
• Liquid filling option for validation purposes
