Macofar's intermittent motion capsule filler CD 60 is the most versatile medium speed machine currently available. It offers an output of up to 60.000 capsules per hour.The unique design of the CD 60 dosing system permits tighter fill weight tolerances, since each dosator has individual volume control while powder compression for all dosators can be adjusted simultaneously.
If a capsule miss-feeds, the new powder recovery station ensures finished capsules are free of product contamination.
